A trust center for every product, brand and subsidiary
Enterprise is Notice Labs for organisations with more than one thing to vouch for. Run every trust center from one account, decide exactly who receives each document, and see how your trust center is used.
£349 a month, or £4,000 a year. Published price, no quote.
Who it's for
Groups and subsidiaries
A trust center for each company in the group, each on its own domain, run by one team from one account.
More than one product
A separate page for each product, so a buyer reviewing one sees only the controls, documents and vendors that apply to it.
Frequent, demanding reviews
Stricter rules on who receives your sensitive reports, and a clear view of how your trust center is used.
What Enterprise adds
Everything in Pro, and the following.
Run every trust center from one account
- Unlimited trust centers
- One for each product, brand or subsidiary, each with its own domain, documents and subprocessors.
- Extra seats
- Add the colleagues who approve requests or keep controls current, without sharing a login.
- Your brand only
- Turn off the Notice Labs attribution in your trust center footer from your dashboard, whenever you like.
Decide who sees each document
- NDA gates
- Write your own NDA and require it on the documents you choose. Requesters read and accept it before they can ask, and each acceptance records their name, email and company, when, their IP address and browser, and a fingerprint of the exact wording they agreed to.
- Password-protected documents
- Set a password on a gated document. People you give it to can download it straight away, without a request. We store only a salted hash of the password, and wrong guesses are rate-limited.
- Email-domain access gates
- Pre-approve the company domains you trust so their requests are approved at once, optionally approve any domain you've approved before, and block the domains you don't want. Approvals expire after the number of days you choose, and you can revoke one at any time. Free email domains such as gmail.com can never be pre-approved.
Know how your trust center is used
- Trust center analytics
- Page views and document downloads by day, your most downloaded documents, and the requests you receive, over 7, 30 or 90 days with a CSV export. Counted without cookies or tracking, so it shows how much your trust center is used, not who visited.
- AI triage for vulnerability reports
- Incoming reports are summarised, checked for duplicates and given a suggested severity before your team reads them.
How buying works
Self-serve by default, with the paperwork larger buyers need when they need it.
1
Start the same day
Choose Enterprise when you sign up and pay by card, monthly or yearly. There is no sales call and no quote.
2
Paperwork when you need it
A signed order form, custom terms or annual invoicing instead of a card: tell us and we'll set it up.
3
Onboarding and priority support
We help you set up your first trust centers and bring over what you already publish. After that, your questions go to the front of the queue.

Review us first
Your security team can review our own controls, documents and subprocessors at trust.noticelabs.co before you buy.

Enterprise questions
Procurement team waiting on something? Get in touch.
Who is Enterprise for?
Groups, agencies and companies with more than one product or brand, and any company whose reviews need stricter control over who receives which document.
Do we need a sales call to start?
No. Enterprise signs up the same way as Pro: choose the plan, pay, and your first trust center is live. Talk to us only if you need an order form, custom terms or invoicing.
Can each trust center have its own domain?
Yes. Every trust center can have its own domain, such as trust.productone.com and trust.producttwo.com, all managed from one account.
Does analytics show which companies visited?
No. Views and downloads are counted without cookies or any detail about the visitor, so analytics shows how many, not who. Who asked for what is in your document access requests, which name the requester and their company.
Is the NDA an e-signature?
No. Requesters accept your own NDA text with a click, and Notice Labs records the time, IP address, browser, the exact wording and a fingerprint of it. There is no e-signature service. Have your own counsel check the wording.
What happens to the rules if we move to Pro?
Your saved rules are kept, but nothing applies them on Pro: no NDA is asked for, domain rules stop approving or blocking, and passwords stop working. Requests wait for you to decide. Revoking access works on every plan.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on a yearly plan. Get in touch and we'll send an order form and invoice instead of taking a card.
Can we move from Pro to Enterprise later?
Yes. Change plan from your account at any time. Everything you have published stays as it is.
What does Notice Labs' own trust center look like?
We run ours on Notice Labs, at trust.noticelabs.co. Your security team can review our controls, documents and subprocessors there before you buy.
